Located adjacent to Highway 16A and Glory Hills Road, this proposed area is well connected with the rest of the Town. To serve the community, the regional trade area, and the traveling public, commercial uses have been planned along Highway 16A. In addition, the area integrates a large existing central wetland into a functional storm-water management facility. This storm-water management facility and the adjacent mixed wood forest serve as both an amenity for the community and a buffer between the industrial uses in the west and residential uses in the east.
